Ali AlMulla (b. 1950) was born in Safwa, Saudi Arabia, and is a competent, successful businessman who owns and directs AlMulla Trading Group. He holds a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals in Saudi Arabia (KFUPM).
He had many courses in various fields; particularly in administration and buildings designing, such as Progressive Administration at Public Administration Institution in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, Multi-Story Buildings Designing at KFUPM, Establishments Designing and Multi-Story Buildings Engineering in Japan and Directing Major Projects at the Ministry of Public Works and Housing in Riyadh.
In 1977, AlMulla became the Supervising Engineer of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, and since 1978 till 1982 he was the head of the executive department at Engineering Management in the Ministry. Then, since 1982 till 1983, he was assigned the Deputy-Manager of the Ministry's branch.
AlMulla is a member in many societies, commissions and councils. He is a member in the Board Council of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, a member in the executive committee of the Chamber of Commerce and a member in the Eastern Province's Council. He is, also, a member in the Chamber's Real Estate Committee, a member in the Saudi Engineering Committee, a member in the Saudi Society of Urban Science and the Vice-Chairman of the Contractors' Committee in the Chamber.
